Tell a healthcare professional if the patient is taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription. This is especially important if the patient is taking medicine containing: theophylline, tacrine, clozapine, ropinirole, imipramine, olanzapine, clomipramine, fluvoxamine, flecainide and pentazocine.
